If we don't reduce long-term health care inflation substantially, we can't get control of the deficit.

Terrible waste of money to put funds on infrastructure and health care in his own country. Obama should follow the example of his predecessor and spend the money on some unnecessary war in some forsaken corner of the globe instead.
