Martin, you asked about my math. Here is how I computed it in my head.

$120 mill divided by 22 million shares = 5.45 x .60% = 3.27 per share

Now what isn't taken into account is the number of shares total outstanding in FNET. If 22 million equals 40% then 33 million would equal the other 60%. If you took that x 5.45 = 180 million dollars.

If you then took 180 million and divided it by lets say 20 million shares of FTEL, you'd be looking at something around $9.00 per share of added value to Franklin.

Hey old boy, I think you're right it's certainly more then $3.00.

My head is swimming. Would if the IPO is priced at $5.50 and goes off at considerably more?

Somehow I think I would have had an easier nights rest at the lower price.
