Do you mean the Japanese, as have repeatedly since 1989? They're out of ammo this time. The situation has an interesting political side in that they (generally, around the world, including US politicians and bureaucrats) may have absolutely no control over it, no matter their stripe. Much like Knute and the tide.

And wholeheartedly agreed the buyers stood aside today, self included.
