Thanks for the replies. None of the companies are in production. I've been "investing" for 30 years now and there is a big difference between companies that are drilling and companies that are producing. Drilling can go on for years and years. Look at Chesapeake. I had shares 5 or more years ago. I'm thinking is was split off of another company. Don't remember. It was $4 then and $4 now. They have great properties but when are they going to produce? martin
