It's got me "back to the beach," Do you lower your vitamin D supplement intake when spending time in the sun? I've dropped from 6,000 IU in the winter to taking 2,000 IU now that it's summer and I'm spending some time outdoors. Don't know what my blood level is but I don't want to OD.. :)
