That's a two million dollar condo in Manhattan.

$500,000 in pre-crash Seattle. I stayed in one last October in Belltown. It was in a soulless building, converted from a warehouse. The exterior was still beautiful with brick exterior, the interior gutted, with walkways around the perimiter. Take that floorplan and rearrange slightly and you have this condo. It looked out on an alley and across the alley, a similar small condo.

I got depressed staying there one night. I can't imagine living in one full time.
