When he mentioned "capitalism requiring a rising price of land which can only occur due to population growth" he is alluding to the growth of capitalism during urbanization, that happened in the first half of the past century. Once a country is already urbanized the price of land stops going up. Remember I have always advocated mass migration. That means urbanizing the shirtless of the planet, bringing them on to those countries out of the demographic window. Too late now. They are irreversibly returning to their natural sizes.
