laleh, i could be wrong but i think circuit breakers function only to lull the unsuspecting "average investor" into holding the line so that the money and fund managers can sell into the swell instead of the breaking wave. tomorrow when all the little long term squirrels think their nuts are finally safe for the winter, all hell's going to break loose. i'd rather take some profit if i can and buy the good ones back when the storm is over. this sell-off has very little to do with what the good boys and girls in d.c. are telling us about our best of all possible economies. is anyone with any real clout on the street going to listen to ruben et al tomorrow am. i'm not so sure.
