Yes, exactly. Obama shouldn't rest on his laurels wrt Cheney. He is a malignancy that if left unchecked can still do plenty of harm, even though he doesn't hold office. We have a radical element in this country that he leads, that is more interested in being right than in what is best for this country over the longer run. Torture is just Cheney's signature issue, but it isn't his only one that is bad for this country.
