Walked into my local Chase formerly Wamu and whoa- mid length skirts! In case you hadn't heard, sex sells. 0.2% interest isn't exactly drawing in depositors. Banks gotta do something to draw in suckers (er, customers) to put clownbux on deposit (so the banksters can lever that capital up into credit card lending at 30%+).
