no doubt there was a complete change of culture, policy and intent from schacht 1937 to funk..:)..like from bush to obama or greenspan to bernanke or paulson to geithner...rofl...and schacht stayed on till 1939...and do we have any comments from him condemning expropriations from jews, poland, austria or others before or during expropriation? try a google search...
