And I worry that FLA is following in CA's footsteps. It is... except we are really cutting services. Oh, CA did too. A trip to the DMV took 20 minutes when I got there. By the time I left ten years later, it took 2 hours. Doing daily business in CA is absolutely miserable and a nightmare. Its why those people who can are leaving in droves.
