270 is a killer now, Gaithersburg is a monster town now. Germantown probably has 150,000 people now. No. Virginia traffic is a bytch, not enough cross county roads. I live on the NorthEastern Howard/Montgomery county boarder. Traffic is not bad here, mostly houses on 5-10 acres. That cuts down on the number of people.
