There is an old saying "don't fight the tape" - I'm sure you've heard it many times. It reflects wisdom. I don't see the Chinese market seriously correcting down unless ours does. Having said that, nearly everyone is waiting for the correction in our markets since they have had quite a bounce off the March lows... I think it is dangerous to be short until we see a real trend reversal. This is a very interesting technical crossroads for our markets. The next couple weeks may tell us which direction the market will take for the next couple months.
