Thanks, Martin. It's not the sexiest story out there but I don't spend any time worrying about Impact either. They are steadily executing their business plan and have an enviable property portfolio amassed that should keep them busy for a long time. Too bad about Scottrade, I am not crazy about their commissions for Canadian stocks, for sure (and use TD Ameritrade for the most part)! tsl
