At first I suggested that they were doing this sort of stuff as a joke, but I am starting to wonder if it isn't deliberate. They couldn't do a better job of discrediting the Right if they had paid for a massive media campaign. All they had to do was be somewhat ambiguous and let the loons hang themselves...
