I will re state:

The price of kilojules is increasing. This is inflation.

It is being caused both by increase in money supply and scarcity of legacy kilojoul assets (conventional oil).

This may be mitigated in future by solar, wind, and even way down road by LENR (low energy neucleur reactions, new name for cold fusion (which is actually working, see:))
