The NASI peaked at 620 on May 11, and then proceeded to form a bearish crossover that was completed today. NASI is now showing a crossover of the all 3 moving averages (10, 20, and 30 sma) from a VERY high level. In fact, the NASI has not been this high since the beginning of December, 2005. A 5-month medium-term correction immediately followed.
