Republicans don't have the votes to stop anything the left the proposes(cap and trade/health care). The best course of action is to slowroll every single thing that comes their way and that includes this smelly nomination. Also, they will expose the disgusting racial preferences that Dems support in opposing Sotomayor. A lot of the white, middle class types that have lost jobs might come to realize that Democrats really don't have their best interest in mind.
