"Who's talking about that nut job?" Why do you think they are doing what they are doing? Who do you think is IN CHARGE? (There is a succession struggle happening behind the scenes --- 'Fearless Leader' is so gone they can't even show his face in public now... and his designated successor - youngest son - ain't consolidated all the reins of power yet. The military is playing their OWN GAMES. Whole place could go 'Kaflooie' at any time now... now that they have played their last two 'aces' and got nothing left to play.) They are losing.
