Encinitas and Leucadia used to be all record shops and head shops. You could always get the imported albums there. I remember when the used to burn down the condo starts in Solana Beach and Cardiff. The surfers did it lol Got me out of a ticket when the Highway Patrol who had me was alerted by a builder that they we approaching the framework with gas cans lol
