Kenneth Yes, she made decisions in a number of cases at the local New York Southern District level. Of those that were appealed and went to the United States Supreme Court 60% were overruled by the Supreme Court. She lost 3 out of 5 that went to the Supreme Court. 3 divided by 5 = 60% Got it? mj
