No, not what I prefer to do-----I simply wrote to you to clear up the confusion that exists about the percentages.

Mathematics is one of my fields----really bugs me when people can't understand the use of mathematics.

Yes, you can make an argument that there was no challenge to those cases that did not make it to the Supreme Court; however, the fact remains that those that went to the Supreme Court were important cases that required more Constitutional review than she gave them at the local court level.

Of course there is the one yet to be ruled on by the Supremes in which she ruled erroneously imo on the firefighters. Firefighters perform tasks that the majority of Americans can't------I want the most qualified fighting those fires not the least qualified.

In fact I have two women friends who are firefighters-----one actually fights the fires and the other is a medic who rides in the ambulance and treats the victims----both are mothers.
They got their jobs because they qualified.

For what it is worth---------they are both Republican women.

Forget the minority stuff------give us the most qualified.
