Nonsense. If any of the investors truly thinks that Chrysler is worth more than the $2 billion the government is offering, why don't they make a counter-offer? Offer for what? They already "own" the assets. The "takings" part is when Obama steps in, takes the assets for peanuts. This is a country of laws. It is not a third world Eastern European satellite. The BK court is doing what its set up to do. [EOS]
