You sound moronic....Having a shadow headquarters in a low taxing country, eg Bermuda, is no different than any other criminal hiding his money off shore..... They are avoiding taxes owed to this country.... if they shift profits to another country they can "check a box" and only pay taxes in the country they want, ie the lower tax country....
