Mr. Michael Carr reports

DRILLING INTERSECTS 283 GRAMS GOLD/TONNE (8.28 OUNCES/TON) OVER 1.25 METRES (4.1 FEET)

Drilling of the recently discovered Ember vein on Bitterroot Resources Ltd.'s 55-per-cent-owned Mineral Creek, B.C., property has intersected a 1.25-metre core interval which grades 283 grams per tonne gold (8.28 ounces per ton gold), including one 0.35-metre (1.15-foot) interval which returned 998 grams per tonne gold (29.1 ounces per ton gold). This is the highest-grade interval yet encountered in drilling of the Ember vein. Detailed drilling results are summarized in the table.

The high-grade Ember vein has been intersected along a strike length of approximately 100 metres and an apparent dip extent of approximately 100 metres. The Ember vein and the nearby Lower Linda vein are both open along strike and down dip. Drilling has ceased for the winter, but additional drilling of the Ember vein and adjacent targets is planned to resume in the spring of 2009.

Michael Becherer, PGeo, is the qualified person responsible for the design and implementation of exploration programs on the Mineral Creek project. The drill core from holes BTT-L56 to BTT-L60 was logged and sampled by G.A. Price, PGeo. Samples were assayed by ALS Chemex in North Vancouver, B.C. Analysis consisted of procedure Au-AA 23 and ICP41.
