As yet, they (DOD) have not expressed any significant concern about NK selling their technology. to the wrong people.

I am sure they would sell to Osama himself for the right price. Obama won't do it, but we need to go as "non-kenetic" as we can. Chase their money and mine their harbors. Monitor all planes out. Make them run everything though China.

Tell the Chinese that if they don't stop them we will help Japan and South Korea go nuclear. Let China put that in their pipe and smoke it.
