"Community organizing"........which has more and more taken on a negative connotation...... seems to be the favored method

We on the right have been completely ignorant of the extent to which the Dems have used these non-profits the last couple of decades to stash political workers. Congress has been dumping millions to them though various front orgs. ACORN is just the most visible.

It's exactly what Chavez has done in Venezuela
