Yeah I was going to go down that road but that sums it up nicely.. I was thinking of it in the context of California.. desperate for funds.. If it gets bailed out by the federal government that would be very un Canadian LOL and it was our Liberal Party that was responsible for the tough love up here, they got lucky mind you, with economic boom.. and that really gave them the freedom to stay the course.. I hate to think what would have happened without that boom.. Loonie cracking .91.. unemployment increasing.. Recovery around the corner ? Maybe in Asia and we (Canada) get by with high unemployment resource income.. We're not getting more competitive on our decimated manufacturing front.. Interesting times.. TBS
