The '10 BEST' rankings award special recognition to the suppliers that are rated highest by their customers. The results for the 2009 rankings are based on the survey conducted in early 2009, and were drawn from a distribution of 35,726 questionnaires sent worldwide by email, and fax in six languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, German and French.
