I was not a McCain fan -- he was my last choice among the Republican field as Obama was my absolute last choice among the democrat contenders. Ron Paul would have been America's best hope, followed by Romney and Huckabee, IMHO.

I haven't much of a clue of what McCain might be doing under the circumstance; but I would like to believe he would not be disassembling our defense systems programs and dispersing development teams (such as is the case with the missile defense systems), bankrupting the nation with Porcine-based stimulus and bail-out packages, and socialization of the government a.s.a.p. It is difficult to imagine anyone who could have done more irreversible damage in such a brief period in office.

Obama's core intentions are dubious. Now it's time to drop the political bullshit and cross party lines for the benefit of the nation as a whole -- and Obama has proven himself the worst man for the task.
