The fact that you still don't get what my answer is doesn't mean that I never had one.

I get the "fact" what your answer means... a cheap escape from the issue. If you don't agree explain the difference between an annuity and SS.

Not to mention the fact that you get defensive when the words "Ponzi scheme" and "entitlement" are uttered.

You never "uttered" entitlement. SS isn't an entitlement, it's a funded insurance policy. There are winners and losers, as there are with any insurance policy.

Why do I believe you will think differently when you are 60 years old? Because you have consistently demonstrated your reluctance to contribute to the society that has made you relatively wealthy. That YOU seem to work on the principle of "what's in it for me" without any understanding of what creates your ability to live above the means of the average person.

If you want to discuss what the government does for YOU, I would be happy to have that conversation. The government touches everything in your life... you are a robot moving through government regulation every moment of every day. And you should be damn thankful we have a great government. Thank God for the USA.
