Please. The disparity in subsidies between renewables and oil during the Bush Presidency was unbelievable. He starved renewables and lavished the oil industry with tax breaks, subsidies, favorable land leases, you name it. He even tried to get them a country to drill in...Iraq. It's been one colossal joke with Americans footing the tab for Bush's rich friends in the oil industry.
