Quite a story ogi some big fish. Well this week I had wild steelhead and salmon given by neighbors and I bar b q'd the chunks they gave me. Darn good. Different than from the market when it is fresh caught.But a little bit goes a long ways with me too. I like chicken and beef and pork the best on the bar bq.
