Lindy, I'd assume that they wouldn't give the keys to the nuclear-tipped car to a teenager. It's not as though they'd be short of senior people, two each, with a remote approval from the boss, to control each one. It's not like the old days when somebody could light the fuse with a packet of matches.

<The point is, nuclear tipped cruise missiles are an overkill. An opportunity for a junior officer to raise havoc. They don't need nukes to take down Pakistan. >

I wouldn't want to be trying to confront Islamic Jihad just over the border if they were armed with nuclear bombs. I'd be partial to some cruising nukes myself.
