No, I'm pretty sure that I'm not presuming anything of that sort.

But --- just based upon their *previous actions* --- I would have to say that the possibility exists that at least one of their main goals here is to use these actions for EXTORTIONATE purposes.

To try to extract MONEY and GOODS and POLITICAL FAVORS and BENEFITS from the international community of nations... as they often have before.

It is about the only card that this sad-sack Stalinist dynasty has in it's hand that it can play.
