Arguing against truth? Skeeter, Skeeter, you are so emotional about public employees. I get it that you really hate the the "gravy train" that pubic servants get, Unfortunately you're not actually making any "economic" arguments.

Imagine for the moment that all the tax currently paid goes to pay the retirement packages of public servants - that's a sunk cost. Now increase taxes, does all that go to increase retirement packages? Or is some/all used to actually increase services. Therein lies the bounds of the amount that house prices "might" drop.

I love how you throw out the fact that runs counter to your thesis with "there were other factors." You're not actually prepared to make any economic arguments are you?

I really, really want to see Live2Sails thoughts because he seems like a reasonable guy. You seem like a guy holding on to his sanity by a whisker. But maybe it's just your writing style. Bullet point like paragraphs? You watch Fox news a lot, right?
