Even though I own some GAP too, I have to say that this company looks like it is closer to closing shop rather than making a miracle financial recovery based on research that will take years no doubt. Thanks for posting all of this. I lost some dough on GAP once and it looks like it might happen again.

"Outlook PharmaGap expects to incur further losses from operations as it progresses through its development plan for its drug compounds. Based upon this and other factors discussed above there can be no assurances that the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company is actively seeking additional capital and seeking a business collaboration with other companies in the business of pharmaceutical development, including licensing arrangements and other business arrangements including but not limited to a sale of the Company or its assets, or a merger, or joint venture. Positive developments in the Company’s development could provide the potential for future issues of common stock. The Company has taken steps to reduce ongoing expenses by way of reductions in its workforce in order to allow it to focus on developmental testing while it pursues these business arrangements. These are forward looking statements and there can be no assurances that any of these will occur.
