My understanding is the judge very well could do that. Think about what you are saying. Your claim is that the judge is breaking the rules. Why exactly he would be doing that is something you haven't explained. "No they do not." Yes they do. The unions exist. Michigan is not a right to work state, the unions can organize anyone they choose. So they are stuck with the unions for good or ill. Get a lawyer on the case. Do something other than whine.
