Hit 'em where it hurts --- in their wallet. NO FOREIGN AID (of any kind.) No aid. No loans, no grants, no trade preferences, NO BANKING RELATIONSHIPS, NO FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS FOR THE CORRUPT LEADERSHIP. No nothing. And --- assemble international task forces to board and inspect (or disable/sink should any resist boardings and inspections as they have previously threatened...) all transports that leave the nation. Ships, planes, trains, autos. Should any be found trying to export prohibited weapons --- then seize them and (using that justification) proceed to seize ALL foreign North Korean bank accounts... and put extreme pressure on all other nations to support this set of policies --- on pains of being tarred with the same brush. Yes, exactly, but don't count on it, our elected officials lack the stomach for confrontation and lack the balls to execute a plan like that... GZ
