I thought I had clarified it earlier and Skeeter too.

And yeah, absolute numbers and %s into the future are subjective but this is what I'm seeing, like most everyone else here.

Sir John Templeton predicted a 90% fall in property prices back in 2003. Everyone did a double take. Dismissed it as nuts. So hey, 60% is conservative. But one thing for sure, the RE mess turned out to be a whole lot worse than most people dreamed could happen.
