Why I agree with your general thoughts in this line of discussion I do not agree with the idea the supreme court is always right or is right by definition.

If they are wrong, it doesn't matter much because their decision will still be in effect (unless overruled by an amendment), but that doesn't mean they are right it just means they have power.
