I don't believe for a second that he is a Constitutional scholar.

I saw a clip a few days ago of Valerie Jarrett discussing the Sotomayer nomination. She referred to Obama as a "constitutional scholar," and I had to stifle a laugh. The guy was an adjunct professor who taught a few courses. If he's a scholar, where is his body of written work?
