Obama is viewed as a fool by those in power in the Muslim world. The mullahs will lie to him and accept his gifts while promising whatever he asks for. He will then be able to point to the success he achieved. THEN they will go back on their word - just as they have in the past with Carter, Reagan, both Bushes and Clinton.
