Deal in 2 weeks.

MFL market cap 3.7 X that of DMM. DMM will be producing weeks after the deal, not quarters after.

I'd suggest looking at DMM production 1st year and production growth over the following 2 years, financed by cash flow. Then look at the shares outstanding. But you already have your mind made up.
