I would not hire either Bernanke or Geithner to handle my funds as investment advisers or in any other capacity. IMHO they are not trustworthy. Nissim Talib thinks they are both dangerous and do not understand their own profession... nor have they ever had any success in the past. Never the less they have been placed where they are by people who were once or are currently good at getting elected and now very unfortunately, they collectively handle the funds of the nation state where I reside.

I am in good company however... with some very heavy hitters across the big pond to the west... This may not help either of us however.

Apparently Geithner is on an unscheduled and unannounced trip to China to meet with those that matter.

Now, what do you suppose could get him to drop everything and run to China?

Maybe the rent is due, and the folks who he represents are late... or something like that.

What would China gently suggest in the way of an offer that could not be refused by Timmy?
