alito too. Nothing wrong with compelling life stories. Repubs got bent out of shape with Bork---he was an originalist and deserved the challenge. Unless someone is grossly underqualified, or corrupt an ideologue of either left or right, he/she should be confirmed. Sure a demo pick will be more liberal than a repub one and visa versa but those are not grounds for filibuster.
