They have never been a 13 year old latino girl. They can't relate to that experience.

Maybe the Court needs to be reconfigured and the way it decides cases changed. We could have, for example, a hispanic woman to decide issues pertaining to latino girls, an hispanic male to decide issues pertaining to latino boys, same for blacks, a GLBT justice to decide gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender issues, etc.

Would that accommodate your concerns that a bunch of old white guys can't relate to the experience of minorities?
