Not at the appellate level. According to figures, The USSC overturns about 3 quarters of the decisions that they decide to take on. Which shouldn't be a surprise because they only take on about 1% of the ones that make it to their level and they are more likely to take those they see flaws with than ones they think are likely to be upheld.
