Oh bummer! I know! I know! What we need is a black court for blacks with black judges and juries, a hispanic court for hispanics with hispanic judges and juries , and a white court for the whites with white judges and juries. Then we can have those courts broken down even further by gender. Doesn't that sound like a good, fair, and impartial idea? Then as that works out well we could go even further and move this good, fair, and impartial idea to other areas of endeavor. There is no telling how far this good, fair and impartial idea can go. It is a wonder no one ever thought of this good, fair, and impartial idea before now?
